Does a disability help with landing an IB analyst offer?
I have a hearing disability (hearing aid required - use the in ear ones so nobody notices) and I have elected not to disclose it on every application for "diversity" or whatever. Would it make a difference if I disclosed this in either the application or interview?
People tend to treat you differently, in my experience, when they know.
