Does a target master cover a non target bachelor’s with no relevant internship? (Europe)

I’m asking this because usually here in Italy the Bachelor’s degree doesn’t have the same weight of a bachelors in the UK(except Bocconi), is it possibile to start doing internships from a master’s, for example first year IB analyst at a small firm and the second year trying for a BB

For italy specifically? No clue. For London and at least my (other western european) country? Yes. I know several people who used a target master and ended up at BBs both in London and my home country

As you only have one summer after starting and before graduation, Most optimal would be to have some relevant experience going into the master so you can grab a summer internship

Most places (incl bb local offices) offers a lot of off cycles and hires, at least in my country, actively from those cohorts, so Thats another option if you cant have a strong enough cv for summer applications (i e not ready for summer recruiting in your first semester)
