Does anyone have the same experience with GS?

I applied through job post on some website. Got an email from the HR, said want to talk about my experience. Then we talked through phone, only 18 mins, about my graduation date, internship experience... etc, it's like an information collection other than an interview.

I wonder if any of you guys has the same experience. What does it mean...she mentioned will pass my resume to the team and they will talk to me later. Does it mean my resume hasn't been picked up yet?

Thanks very much for any information!

It's probably a simple phone screen. She will pass the notes and your resume to the team, and if they are interested, they will set up a more formal interview.
