Yes. Basic human psychology that, all equal, people like attractive people more. Look up “halo effect”.

 

Not necessarily. I've never encountered any one who's knocked it out of the park in my career. Can't say I've encountered a gorgeous one either. Attractive...sure.

Plus, that path only spells trouble. It  creates jealousy & rivalry in the office place among thee ladies.

Any lady who is super pretty should work with men or for a guy. They never get into that looks/competitive ridiculousness. Plus...so much cooler!

 

Please stop thinking of things not in your control. Plenty of attractive people don't make it because they don't work and plenty of ok looking people succeed because they have the abilities.
