I've completed all interviews and HCM told me feedback was positive, now they want me to fill out an EHRT Data Collection form (prior compensation, etc.) for later background check purpose.

Not necessarily. I was 3 interviews into this one bank when they asked me to submit background check information. I asked what that meant and they said they do it early just to speed up the background check process. I didn't get the offer.
