Does Wells Fargo sends questionnaire to every applicant?
I applied for global markets 2023 EMEA graduate program and received a questionnaire which has fit and behavioural questions. I am supposed to answer each question in 200 words. Just want to know if every applicant receives this questionnaire?

I feel like they will just read the first 80-100 respondents and decide to interview 20 candidates.

Yes they send it off to everyone and then someone in US filters the questionnaires to around 25. They send the list to the people in the division who then select to interview 10 people for the role
Everyone don't receive the questionnaire because there are people who were rejected a while ago and today is the first day of the questionnaire. They screen before sending it out and then from the questionnaires they will probably shortlist the strongest candidates.

They responded to my email on friday saying that they are reviewing applications. And this is regarding global markets EMEA program.
So global markets is not being run anymore?
