I've seen a couple of articles on it, and it looks like asmallworld before that turned into a shit show. Could be a fantastic networking op, just like anything else, if it's used right.

asmallworld is not a shit show, if you know how to use it.

I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing. See my Blog & AMA

Elixio is not bad but I prefer Asmallworld. Elixio is a mid size network with about 75000 members..You think think of it as asmallworld with the facebook interface. Other sites Similar to Elixio.net are:

qubers asmallworld spire decayenne

Those are all good sites but I think Decayenne is out of business..What I like about Elixio is it is more geared towards individuals in the Financial industry..Both Elixio and Asmallworld are gated communities, so an invitation from an existing member is required for sign-up..

Info on Elixio From Wikipedia:

Elixio is an exclusive social network similar to Google+, and Asmallworld. Elixio membership requires an invitation from an existing member. The network currently has over 80,000 members and allows networking opportunities for executive level professionals.
