Emailing Writers Block

I always take a long time to reply to emails. Especially the ones that are more important (i.e. responding to an alum that I contacted). I get stuck because I want to make sure it's perfect and am concerned that I will be dinged if it sounds at all unprofessional or if their is the smallest grammatical error. Even with my boss from my previous internship. Basically anything that matters in regards to my career.

Does anyone else have this too? I expect it get's easier the more emails you send out. Can you guys offer me some advice?

Cheers

I am in a similar situation as well. Will be following this post. To the OP, how many emails have you written so far in terms of liaising with employers and alums?
