Engineering student interested in finance What to do?

Hi everyone.

I've been reading the forum for some time, I think some people could help me in my situation because I'm a bit lost.

I'm interested in finance, I've been reading for some years about finance and economics and I would like to work in that field, I would like to do a Msc in finance and find a job.

I'm at 3rth course of telecommunication engineering, I'm top 3-5 of my promotion, I've 24 yo (I started university later, at 22 yo), suposing I graduate at 26 (4 years) I would need some guidance for choosing the right path.

This summer I will probably work in a big4, but will be probably in IT risks, so I don't think it will be any considered in financial sector.

As I'm from Spain (Barcelona), my english is not native (not even close as you can see) and I think this is a big problem, I'm looking for masters and I'm interested in ESADE MIF, but people there is english native-speaker.

What would you do in my situation? Should I work 4-5 years and do a MBA? It's studying for C1 and doing a MIF the right path? (suposing I'm accepted in ESADE) Should I forget the chance to work in this field because of my age and studies? (some people in IB start with 22 yo)... Maybe studying for CFA?

I'm a bit confused because I see too much people with a bachelor+3 languages+2 summer internships working in M&A, and my profile is far away from them.
