English-speaking jobs in France

My college education comes from a non-target school in the U.S.
I was unable to get a working Visa after working one-year as a treasury analyst for an energy company. I now live in France with no connections in the country, not fluent in French, but I am a French citizen. My interest lies in corporate finance.

How would you guys recommend I get a job here?
