Escalated Complaints Specialist Worth it or Not

Hey guys, I just finished a call with a recruiter who works for WFC for an escalated complaints specialist position. While I am not really interested in a call center job, he had mentioned that this is the closest to investment banking a nonlicensed undergrad can get. This smells like BS to me but I don't really know. I want to end up in IB or some area where I am conducting valuations on both private and public companies. So my question is should I take this job when I get the offer? Or, given the work I want to do should I just use this interview as practice for other more meaningful jobs. Thanks guys!

Right? I know there are IB internships but I could have sworn Ive seen alum in IB FT at GS here. But is this still worth it or is it just an interview practice opportunity?

Not worth it

"Unlicensed undergrad" doesn't even make sense, companies get you licenses when you start, you don't need any of that (exception is that CFA is helpful for some roles, not required for IB though)

Yes, whether it requires sponsorship or not, having those licenses doesn't really add much to your application as an undergrad. If the firm wants you to have them, they'll pay for them. Not worth getting on your own - the time is better spent networking
