EU recruitment from USA
Stats: USA MM analyst, USA T20 undergrad, Ireland citizenship
Languages: english and spanish
I would take any finance role (or location) to get started in the EU (moving over for family reasons). I would make my way towards a long-term location later.
I'm without a network, so any advice on recruitment/timelines/etc. would be helpful. Is cold emailing a good strategy, or is it less common? There have been past threads on this topic, but given the current political climate, I think it's worth a fresh discussion.
