European countries most open to foreigners from the UK?

Hey all currently working as an analyst in the UK at a large asset manager whilst studying an MSc Finance from a semi target university in the UK. I’m interested in working in Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Switzerland) and moving out of the UK, the decision isn’t for the benefit of my career or comp, more so the fact that I want a change & better WLB. I’ve been looking at off cycle roles at some banks in Europe but most of them require fluency in the local language which I don’t have (in all honesty I can only speak english). Having spoken to a few people working in these countries I’ve mostly heard that it isn’t a requirement to speak the language but can be very helpful. Personally, I want to work in Scandinavia but am open to other options so curious to hear which banks/countries are more open to foreigners from the UK. Understand it may not be realistic until I’m more senior and have a bit more experience too but figure I’d try gather some thoughts.
