European graduate programs
Hey guys.. is it me, or does it seem like banks and big 4 in Europe prefers long term internships for graduates? On many of their websites they don't advertise full time positions for recent graduates, but instead 6 month internships.... Am i reading this right? If so, is it then okay to get an internship after graduating?
Internship = long interview and cheap, willing, eager labour
Is it better to go for internship with top BB firm, or go for a FT offer from a less prestigious house?
