European Seeking to Work in the U.S.A.

I am a second-year bachelor's student in International Economics and Finance at Bocconi University and have only Italian citizenship. What is the best way for me to work in IB/AM in the United States? I have come up with two possible ways:

  1. Pre-experience STEM MSF in the United States
  2. Work in Europe for some years and then pursue an MBA in the U.S.

How likely do you believe it is that I'd be able to work in the U.S. in these two scenarios? Do you know of any other ways through which I could work in the U.S. (besides marrying an American, ahahaha)?

Thank you in advance for your answers!
