Execution Trader ETDs

Dear community,

I have been offered a Trainee position as an Execution Trader for ETDs at UBS and now turn to you for help. I have read multiple times in this and other forums that this is regarded as an "inferior", dull job with minimal exit opportunities. I have attached below an extract from the job description and would like to hear what you think about the job!

Many thanks in advance!

Regards,

Pogoda
