Exit Opportunities for Compensation Consulting?
Is it difficult to get into banking or financial services if I start my career as a PRT Analyst (Aon Hewitt)? I want to know if it's hard to move into finance or management consulting in a couple of years because that's ultimately what I want to do.

Isn't compensation consulting basically HR? If so, then yes. It has no ties with finance and it's very sub-optimal for a career in Banking.
this company works specifically with financial services though. so what would u say are the exit opportunities?
