experienced people, do you list specific months on resume?

If you look at MBA resumes, they only include years.

I think just having 2006-2008 for an employment date should be good enough. Do you include the months?

Put the months for aesthetics.

- Bulls make money. Bears make money. Pigs get slaughtered. - The harder you work, the luckier you become. - I believe in the "Golden Rule": the man with the gold rules.
 

I like seeing months on resumes. Or else I consider that they might be hiding gaps in their employment.

ie candidate got laid off in February 2009.... found a new job in September 2009.

On resume is says Job #1: 2008 - 2009 Job #2: 2009 - present.

See what I mean? As you get older, months become less important but if you're only a few years removed from college, I say include it
