Exploding Offers Advice??

I have two summer analyst offers that will explode this week, one at one of the big 3 CRAs and one at a top private credit/direct lending shop. Right now I am interested in credit investing but unsure if it is my definite end goal and from what I've read it seems like direct lending is somewhat specialised and be more difficult to transition out of if I don't enjoy it. Also in terms of WLB, benefits etc whilst still have decent pay, CRAs seem to be unparalled in that respect. I have also verbally accepted CRA but not in writing. Which one would be better to take overall?

Any advice on the following would be immensely appreciated!!
