Fall Internships in IB-Dallas

I graduated in '18 from a top liberal arts school with a B.S. in BA concentrating in Management and Pre-Med. I am looking to switch from medicine into IB through an MSF. I have been heavily considering an MSF program to network and strengthen my resume towards finance but I don't think that it will be enough (unless I go to a top school which I would have to wait until next year to apply, and even then additional experience would probably increase my chances of gaining entry).

Given my current level of experience (none in finance), it has been difficult to get into finance at the entry-level so I figure maybe a long internship would be attractive to firms who want someone willing to learn at a lower than usual salary. Does anyone know how many fall internships are available in IB, especially in Dallas? Definitely have a peculiar situation so any advice would be appreciated.
