Final Interview at BB?

After two super days, I got an email informing me that I have a final round phone "interview" with an HR rep. Compensation forms were attached. This seems weird to me-- I've done 12 interviews in person, and they want me to chat on the phone with an HR rep for a few minutes to make a decision?

Honestly not sure what to expect, whether it is on-boarding stuff, yet another behavioral interview, or, like...brain teasers. The job is not a front office position, but I figured someone here might know what to expect. Advice appreciated.

I havent had that experience, but it would seem to me that if they attached compensation forms that they are probably having you talk to an HR person to have them go through benefits packages with you to clear up any questions you might have and give you a verbal/formal offer.

The compensation form thing has only ever happened to me after I went through a recruiter for a former position and the company asked the guy to send me comp stuff so i could look it over before they officially offered me the job. In your situation i think its safe to say that after 2 super days theyve made a decision on whether they want you or not.

Good luck though.
