I only have a very limited amount of intro-modeling and hardcore analytical stuff on my resume. However, I am a finance and accounting major. Would that push the questions towards that area?

I'm interviewing with Lehman also (first round) and was wondering what types of questions (beyond Why Lehman? etc.) they will ask. I'm prepared for these questions and to talk about my resume and myself. Am I missing anything?

I didn't get Why Lehman or Walk me through your resume, surprisingly. I guess not much information can be gleaned from these two items anymore, with everyone prepping so hard for them (or am I wrong about this?). I did get a question about what type of negotiation techniques I use, they requested a stock recommendation - without a real numbers focus, also I got asked about my divisional choice. Mostly just teamwork stuff and questions about previous stressful situation.

Wouldn't most interviewers assume that you are interviewing with other banks? Also, what are the percentages of 2nd rounder interviewees that get offers? I am sure there are wide ranges, but are we talking 10-30% or like 30-50%, etc?

Any input would be appreciated.
