Final Round Interviewer Switch
Hey, I am in an unusual situation. I was originally scheduled for final round phone interviews with two analysts for ER SA at a BB. I just received news that my two original interviewers will be replaced by one HR recruiter. No specific reasons were given for the switch. So now I have two questions:
- Is this a positive, neutral, or negative signal?
- Should I prepare differently?
Any input would be appreciated.
