Finding a job in the US from Europe after completing CFA and banking grad programme?

So, I have a BA and an M.Sc. in Economics in a top 50 school in europe, and will soon start my graduate programme in a large-ish european bank with operations in 2 EU countries and has an office in NYC. They will pay for my CFAs. How hard will it be for me to find a job in the US after this? How should I got about it?

And additionally, my GPA for my BA was (the EU equivalent of) 3.9, while in my M.Sc. it is 3.5. Would this drop make it harder for me or since I'll have experience it won't matter too much?
