Fired without cause from previous job, will this affect IB recruitment?
I'm an incoming MBA student planning to recruit for IB associate/summer associate roles. I have solid work experience, however, I was fired for "lack of fit" from one of my previous jobs without warning. HR has said that they will reveal the reason for leaving if asked in an employment reference. Will this be an issue when recruiting for IB if I have good letters of recommendation from my other roles?
