Firms with least technical hiring process
AM & WM firms mainly. IM & ER too, if possible. Which ones focus almost entirely on behavioral and fit determination during their interviews, with zero, or minimal technical questions ("tell us about a market trend you've noticed", "if you had $X, how would you invest it")?
