First internship advice

Hello all,

I am a current high school senior (new england prep) entering a target university. This summer I am planning on working for two months after a tour of Europe and have networked with some family and friends for three different job opportunities. The first is a small venture capital group focused on educational technology firms, the second is a small boutique bank and the third is a family office ~ 200m aum run by my friend's father. I am more STEM focused and want to eventually do quant trading or be on the financial management/CFO side of a start-up. What option is best to gain knowledge this summer?

Thanks!
