Fisher Investments- Investments Associate role

I have an upcoming phone interview for Fisher Investment for the Investment Associate role which is their entry level role. From what ive been seeing and reading on WSO, Fisher is really just a place for cold calling and sales even though the job title is "Investment Management". I want to get into IB or Wealth Management which is why the term" Investment Associate" caught my eye. Anyone have any insight on this role or could offer what it actually entails?

Interviewed for that role out of undergrad. It’s all sales and I dont see anything translating to get you into IB. Plus the pay sucks. They start all associates at 53k I think it was or 57k, something like that. No matter the role.. I remember telling the recruiter.. so someone just answering calls will make the same amount as someone who has to do market research? “Yes” It was a no from me...
