FO IB Analyst practical task. Advice needed.

Hi,

I've been working in BO for 1,5 years, currently I'm in MO at Risks. I have an opportunity to move to FO IB position, I've been given a practical assignment that I need to complete in a couple of days, but since I do not have a lot of valuation experience I want to clarify couple of things with someone familiar with private company valuation. If there is someone who is willing to help please drop me a PM and I will send you the task with questions that I have. I'm not asking to do any of my work I only need to clarify the methods.

Thank you in advance.
