Follow up interview

Ok guys, quick question:

I had an interview a week ago and it went well. They asked me to come out for a follow up over lunch. I'm not sure what to expect, this is a first for me. What do you think? What should I be expecting? I can add details if needed but want to stay as ambiguous as possible.

Well, it definitely depends on the company. If I were you, I would head over to glassdoor.com and read specific interview details and what to expect in your situation.

Normally its just a casual conversation with one or two of the more junior guys to get an idea of your fit. Know your reasoning for the obvious stuff like telling your story, 'why banking/our bank/our group' and 'what do you like to do for fun'. The format likely won't be a rigid Q&A, but thats the type of stuff that is likely to come up in conversation.
