France - What should I expect € if laid off

To give you some context, my bank will be letting go of 6-7 team members in the next two months (au compte-gouttes, not un plan de départ unfortunately). How much money should I expect? Is it worth taking a lawyer as some people suggest even though I am junior?
Also how should I present it in future interviews? I am a good performer and given the number of people they have to fire it's really not personal but more of a strategic shift for the bank
I can’t comment on money not from Europe but make sure there are clauses around references, and unauthorized references. That will hurt you the most when looking to get another job. Make sure you have something in writing that they won’t comment on performances, or anything.
