How difficult is it to lateral from Frankfurt/Paris to NYC at BB/EB/MM banks, either at the analyst level or even from SA to FT?
I did see some banks offering "secondment programs" - has anyone seen this type of transfer happen at their firm?
Context: I'm a US citizen and just received an offer to attend a target MFIN in continental Europe, wondering if this is a workable strategy to get back to the US.
