Im going into my senior year of uni (but technically only my third year because of A-levels) and Im thinking of just doing an extra semester (ie graduate fall 2010 not winter 2009) or maybe do a Masters (opinions?? lol) because the job market is baloney right now.
BUT anyways my initial question was: has anyone done a season of FT recruiting interviews, didnt get any offers and then went ahead and interviewed for SA positions?
Would the interviewers for FT be the same ppl as for SA and if so, is that a problem for someone interviewing for both positions (albeit at different times of the year).

all the recruiters within a bank talk to one another. also, because they typically have you apply online as well, you are in their global recruiting database. this made it hard for people looking to apply for both asia/US positions because they had to choose up front. it's probably the same with SA/FT recruiting.

The recruiting team that came to my school for presentations/interviewing for FT also came back that Jan/Feb for SA recruiting and interviews.
