FT Generalist or Group Specific Recruiting
I know some banks hire FT candidates directly for a specific group and others hire generalist candidates for placing during training or right before the training (Spring). Was curious if anyone had insight into which banks/groups do it which way. Specifically looking at EBs and BBs but interested in other notable banks as well.
