FT IB Recruiting During COVID times?

Hey y'all. I am a rising senior that just recently got interested in IB in the last months. I was curious to know what would it look like to recruit FT for IB and what would be the minimum expected for one to know to actually pass the interview with flying colors? I know Covid has made significant changes to how things will go, especially as summer interns now have reduced virtual internships. What would people suggest or am I too late to join the IB party?
