FT London recruiting or apply for NA jobs?

With the uncertainty following Brexit and the diminishing pool of potential FT FO jobs this year, would it make sense for me to apply in London for a FT grad scheme or rather focus my efforts on recruiting in Canada/US where jobs seem to be more stable?

I say this because I am due to start on one of the LSE's finance programs (F&E, F, F&PE) in September 2016, but am highly concerned about the number of places available to international students. Although Visa sponsorship wouldn't necessarily be an issue, I'm worried that recruiting this year will be especially difficult. From this forum and others I've heard that most BBs in London are limiting recruitment this year, as they've filled most of their grad positions with their SAs.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Here's my profile in for your consideration:

-Top 40 finance undergrad, top of my class, great grades
-1 ER SA (very well known in Asia), 1 small PE SA (not well known), 1 IBD SA (regional powerhouse)
-Canadian citizen
