FT Ops or Boutique RIA Internship??

Hate to be one of "these" people, but hey that's what this place is for to an extent I suppose...

The Ops position is FT with a salary well below market rate (non BB) and the internship would be with a firm managing assets of $500 MM (not sure if it offers compensation or not).

Please try to avoid the typical what are my career goals? Bc I can assure you they are not to work in Ops haha (nothing wrong with Ops dont get my wrong, I lied, theres plenty wrong with Ops, but it's just not for me). I like Asset Management and private banking type roles.

Thanks in advance.
