Ft recruiting 2022 (Canadian version)
Hi everyone,
What would people say are the best practices for recruiting in this current virtual landscape (ie timeline to start reaching out, prepping case studies, ready for super days, etc).
I know there are a few banks that start recruiting in April but they are few and far between.

Correct. Some accelerated rounds sometimes in July... varies yearly.

when you get an offer, let's say late August, when is your expected starting time? Immediately or it can be pushed to January?
