FT Recruiting…… need advice

Hi all looking for some advice on FT recruiting and leveraging my resume/experience in a challenging market.

For some background I’ll be graduating from a Chicago Non-Target this November. I spent my junior year as an intern at a local boutique, I gained tons of valuable experience and was able to work on a few deals from engagement to close. So I have 12-months of M&A experience on my resume. I also have a few other back-office roles at notable firms on my resume. I have done Wall Street prep and some other modeling courses and can talk my way through technicals with confidence.

I cannot for the life of me even get an interview. I spend 2-3 hours recruiting and networking everyday and keep getting denied. I understand this is the nature of the current market, but am looking for any advice I can get. I
