FT Recruitment
Currently a senior at a non-target. I believe I have a good resume (3 IB internships, lots of campus involvement/ student athlete), but have not gotten good traction for 2023 FT. I have networked a lot and talked to recruiters at most banks that mentioned campus recruitment for next year is done. Does anyone have insights about if seats may open or advice about having to pivot into other industries/ firms?
There are most probably still some spots open, albeit more scarce given the current market. Just about being in front of the right people at the right time (or, better yet, all the time so that when/if spots open up you are top of mind).
