Currently a senior at a non-target. I believe I have a good resume (3 IB internships, lots of campus involvement/ student athlete), but have not gotten good traction for 2023 FT. I have networked a lot and talked to recruiters at most banks that mentioned campus recruitment for next year is done. Does anyone have insights about if seats may open or advice about having to pivot into other industries/ firms?
