FTSE job salary expectation

Hi,

Dose anyone know the right salary expectation for a Custom Index Specialist position in FTSE?

Also, if any of you knew or had the experience, I would love to hear your thoughts about the position, such as what is the benefit working in such a position? what do you think is most challenge about the position, what is the career path like? How to do well in the position? Any thoughts welcome.
