Full time options?

I'm a rising senior (west-coast target) with a and am currently a summer credit analyst at a mid-sized bank. To keep it short-ish, what are my feasible exits? I was considering paths such as Fidelity's ER associate or Point72's investment analyst programs but am unsure if a similar step upwards is realistic.
