I’m going to a lower tier BB next year as a summer analyst. Very excited to have broken into the industry but I’d rather start my career at an EB.
Can anyone shed light on how FT recruiting works? How many spots are there in a usual year? Should I be networking over the summer while doing my internship (this might be very tough)? Would appreciate any insight or advice from people who have done it.
