Full-Time Vs. Part-Time for MACC

I plan on doing a MACC program next year, and I was wondering if full time/part time status would effect my ability to get a big four position? I'm currently in a retail role for a finance company, and I would like to keep my job throughout school. But when it comes time for recruiting, would I be at a disadvantage for not having any internships throughout the MACC? Are MACC's like MBA programs where part time is typically for those who want to stay with their current company and full time is for career switchers?

All advice appreciated
