GE Investment Analyst Program
Has anyone interviewed for or worked in GE's Investment Analyst Program (IAP)? I have a phone interview with them tomorrow. I'm curious to know what the program is like specifically, the culture of GE, opinions of the program, etc.
Thanks!
If you do the IAP program your essentially a collateral analyst. GE Commercial Services business is to do leasing on everything under the sun. Your job as an analyst is to actually go to client's site and check the actual collateral, perform some due diligence and valuation on the asset and rebalance the books. You primarily based out of CT which isn't bad. Whole lot of accounting. You should expect some operational finance questions but mostly fit. Pay is like 50-55K starting.
I'm apparently interviewing for a spot in Chicago. CT is an option, but I'd rather not live in CT.
I have a phone interview with them today as well. What time is yours?
Posted a long time ago but I'd like to know why people would go IAP instead of FMP
