Generally, when do you give after hirevue?

So I had my hirevue with a bank 3 weeks ago and I think I did pretty decently, I practiced 1000's of times. I haven't heard back since and I think it's over. I am still holding on to any threads of copium though but I'm pretty sure it's over :(

I don't really know how long conventionally you have to wait until you hear back from a hirevue but 3 weeks seems way above the threshold, especially now that recruiting is virtually over. What do you think?

After every hirevue, interview, networking call, and coffee chat, I never assumed anything. I would keep grinding at applications, studying technicals, and networking and didnt stop until there was an offer in my hand. Dont get too confident that you got an offer that you stop recruiting. Dont get too bummed out that you didnt get an offer that you give up recruiting. just keep going until you have a real offer letter.
