Get a front office trading job as German graduate in NY or London

Do you think there are possibilities for a German graduate to get a front office trading job in NY or London?

My profile:

I have no work permit for US. Any suggestions how to apply to NY position without US work permission/Greencard? Will there be possibilities or chances like zero?

Thx for your answers!!

If they want you, they'll sponsor your visa, that's not the problem. Of course you can apply through their websites, but you will have to be able to come to their office for interview rounds (which you can do entering the US as 'tourist').
