I was wondering if anyone has gotten a return offer then try to use that with internal HR to switch groups. I currently accepted an offer within the corporate bank but am really interested in DCM. If I were to get a return offer could I go to HR to try to switch groups? Or is it best to try to go externally and FT recruit?
