Getting Dinged for secondary school grades?

What is the ding process like if you have terrible secondary college marks but solid uni achievements? Eg: High school mark = less than 40/100 but uni marks = 3.73 / 4 GPA + tons of extracurricular + work exp. Is it likely HR / Bankers will overlook the 40% or should I try to avoid disclosing it if possible?

High school...like 9-12th grade? I have yet to see an application where HS GPA was a required item. No one cares

Reality hits you hard, bro...

It is unlikely you got into a real university with those high school grades anyways + 3.73 at said shitty university isn't considered "solid" anyways. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR ITT DEGREE.
