Getting to know a bank

Hi, guys! I'm new to this site as well as the whole job search process. Need your advice! How do you get to know the bank so that they feel that you really want to get there? Do you review news in search of the bank? Are there specific sites? How you make them feel special?

As you get older you'll learn that banks are different. Some things work for some banks that don't work for others. Generally speaking though you want them to feel loved and safe. Take them out someplace nice and spend more than $20, no specific site necessary. Flowers are always a nice touch. Facebook is helpful for specific news if you have other banks in common.

If you do these things, you can generally make a bank feel special and often times they'll let you in...
